Better Than Trader Joe's Blueberry Lavender Oat Milk
Serves: 1 cup
  • ¼ tbsp frozen blueberries
  • 1½ tsp lavender
  • 1 cup hot water
  • ¼ cup oats
  • 2 tsp honey
  1. Steep the blueberries and lavender in the hot water for 10 minutes.
  2. Squeeze the berries to release some of the juice, strain, and cool.
  3. Blend blueberry lavender tea with oats and honey. Strain through a fine mesh sieve lined with cheese cloth, or use a nut milk bag (linked below). Store in the fridge.
To make almond milk, use ¼ cup almonds instead of oats.
