Sun-Protective Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1½ cup green tea, cooled
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup watermelon
  • ½ cup cauliflower
  • 1 small carrot
  • 2 tbsp. hemp hearts
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3-5 ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Place ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. For a thicker smoothie, use 1 cup green tea.
