Sun-Protective Smoothie
- 1½ cup green tea, cooled
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup watermelon
- ½ cup cauliflower
- 1 small carrot
- 2 tbsp. hemp hearts
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 3-5 ice cubes
- Place ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. For a thicker smoothie, use 1 cup green tea.
