Introducing…

A cycle-syncing program to help you reduce PMS symptoms, discover your innate superpowers, and take the patriarchy out of your period.

Cycle Magic is an evidence-based online course for feminist menstruators who feel like misfits in the world of wellness.
Whose PMS and period problems are routinely dismissed by doctors when tests come back “normal,” and are prescribed birth control as a solution.
Who are sick of recycled advice online that never felt right to follow.
Who are seeking guidance from a source that considers your humanity.
And for those who live in the liminal space between the practical and the mystical

Cycle Magic is 100% online.
The course content is located in Notion. You do not need a Notion account, but it is free, and it’ll change your life (not to be dramatic).
There is a handy app you can download for easy access on your phone if you need it.
The course is designed to be a self-study program so you get all the content at once to go at your own pace.
If you prefer to have it organized week-by-week to avoid overwhelm, I’ve included a suggested “course schedule” for you.

The course moves through three areas:
Lunar Body Basics (science class vibes): Learn the fundamentals on nutrition for happy hormones, how your menstrual cycle works, what the moon has to do with it, and how to tame PMS.
Intuitive Expansion (philosophy class vibes): Dive into the patriarchal societal structures that keep us from connecting with our bodies, and learn how to develop your intuitive superpowers and apply them to food and movement.
Making Magic (art class vibes): Decipher your body’s signals and start creating the masterpiece that is your cyclically guided life!
There is also a robust resource library for you to comb through if you feel called to go deeper, including lunar self-care rituals and phase-specific recipes.

Society taught you to accept PMS and period pain as normal, that it’s your unfortunate lot in life as someone with a uterus.
But your cycle is a vital sign. It gives you important clues into your overall health and menstrual difficulties are your body calling out for attention.
Cycle Magic teaches you how to understand your body from a feminist perspective, instead of the patriarchal version you likely got in health class.
By paying attention to how your body feels throughout the month, tending to your needs accordingly, and really nurturing yourself through supportive nutrition and self-care practices, you not only align with your cycle and feel a hell of a lot better, but you develop a stronger connection to your intuition, too.
These lessons stay with you for life.
By the end of this course, you’ll walk away with the tools you need to sync with your cycle in a realistic, flexible way so you can stop losing time to PMS and start living a more magical, expansive life.

- YOU if you’ve felt alone in your path to deepening the relationship with your body.
- YOU if you want to be more in tune with yourself but feel like you don’t know enough or are overwhelmed by all the information out there on the interwebs.
- YOU if want to finally f*cking feel BETTER but nothing you’re doing is working and it feels like the tools you’re given weren’t created for you.
- YOU if you want to have a more relaxed and intuitive relationship with food, but are afraid to release your grip and trust yourself to make decisions that are right for you
- YOU if you’re spiritually curious and want to dip your toes into the magical waters (or are all-in and are looking for some new ideas).
- YOU if you’re a feminist who wants to embrace your innate power and see it to its full potential
HAPPY STUDENTS
“Kristen’s program gifted me the nutritional knowledge and feminine wisdom that I wish I was given as a young girl. It was profoundly healing and empowering!
After working with her, I feel so healthy, both physically and emotionally. More than anything, I feel peace and strength in my body’s natural magic and my autonomy over it. Kristen helped me reclaim my power after a lifetime of being told harmful and misinformed health advice, and enduring abusive cultural norms towards my body and my femininity.
Thanks to her and this program, I am finally aligned with the power of my body, intuition, and my own cycles–and that confident energy radiates to the rest of my life in big ways.” – Tatum B.
With the cycle-syncing tools Kristen provides — including excellent information on nutrition, herbalism, movement, and other therapeutic methods — I was able to understand and embrace a lunar cycle that is in tune with my body, mind, and spirit. My quality of life and health have improved greatly, and I am so thrilled to support Kristen’s incredible work! – Rachel F.

Short, CC’d video classes (no more than 15 mins each) + written “cheat sheets” for different learning styles.
Lifetime access to course content (until the internet goes kaput).
Phase-specific recipe library to help you eat for your cycle (whether you’re following your menstrual cycle or the moon).
Phase-specific ritual library to help you explore self-care and spiritual aspect of cycle-syncing (witchy shit!).
Email support if you have any questions. Full Moon clients get unlimited text/chat support between sessions.

If your period has gone missing (whether you’re postpartum, post-pill, have PCOS, disordered eating history, etc.) Cycle Magic offers support for your health and wellbeing as you work towards getting your cycle back on track. Truthfully, the content is geared towards those in their menstrual years; however, the teachings of cyclical living can still support your health on the road to menopause and beyond — you’d simply follow the moon phases instead.
Hormonal birth control suppresses your natural cycle, so some of the teachings of cyclical living won’t apply to menstruation specifically because you may not experience the same fluctuations as those off of birth control. But that doesn’t mean you won’t benefit from what you’ll learn in Cycle Magic — the practices can still help you access more energy and creativity, help balance out what the pill or IUD may have thrown off, and can be a big help if you plan to transition off of birth control in the future. We also discuss family planning (and avoiding) in the content.
Cycle Magic is inclusive of all people who menstruate/have a uterus and intends to be a safe and welcoming space for all students. If you are going through or have gone through hormone therapy, however, the information in this program may not be fully applicable to your unique situation (though it can still be helpful for general hormone health). Please reach out to me directly if you have specific questions at kristen@goodwitchkitchen.net.
I cannot guarantee results since everyone’s body is different. However, learning about how your body works and working in flow with your cycle instead of resisting it has helped myself and my clients regulate their period, improve their relationships with themselves and others, and resolve PMS symptoms like painful cramps, mood swings, intense cravings, skin troubles, digestive issues, and more. Depending on the severity of your symptoms, the irregularity of your cycle, and your history with hormonal birth control, you can see improvements within the first cycle and up to six months.
My practice focuses on a weight-inclusive, intuitive-eating approach that helps you develop self-trust around food and self-care decisions. I do not focus on weight loss, calorie-counting, or restrictive diets. My clients regularly note that my style is non-judgmental, empathetic, and wholly supportive, something I take great pride in!
Due to the digital nature of this course, refunds are not offered, as you get immediate access to intellectual property that can’t be returned. All sales are final. If you are unhappy for any reason, please reach out and let me know so we have an opportunity to improve your experience.
