It’s here! I put together a giant list of recommendations for enjoying a healthy/active stay in Boston for the Academy of Culinary Nutrition blog (my alma mater!). In it you’ll find everything you need to know about where to stay, eat, shop, and move!
I’ve experienced about 90% of these places and activities first-hand, the remaining items on my Boston travel guide come highly recommended from friends and local publications, so if you have any questions about anything I’ve included, feel free to comment and ask!
This guide isn’t just for tourists either, there are plenty of things to discover as a resident, too. When I lived in the North End during college, my entire world went no further than Downtown Crossing. It was only after graduating that I discovered what the rest of the city had to offer — I could have used a guide like this!
I hope you enjoy what I’ve shared with the ACN blog and that it opens up new opportunities for you to embrace a healthier lifestyle. Let me know what your favorite spot is on the list, or if you have additional suggestions. I’ve lived in the city for 12 years and am always excited and open to new experiences in Boston!
