Through one-on-one nutrition coaching I aim to help you create more joy in your life, have more energy all day long, feel stronger, and be happier and healthier in your mind, body, and spirit. Deprivation has no place here, we will focus on the abundant pleasures of a whole-foods, plant-based diet.


Recipe Development

With my culinary nutrition training I am able to develop recipes showcasing your ingredients or products that are both healthful and delicious, highlighting their nutritional benefits  with supporting research. I am trained to create recipes tailored to specific dietary needs, including gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, and soy-free diets.
