Kristen changed the way that I eat salads. It’s hard to know with all of the information out there on food where to look. I consider myself an educated consumer, but I took her class, and it felt really reassuring.
During the 10 days, I was able to wake up early before work to go on runs, which I usually dread, but I could get up and go without hesitation! My feelings towards meal prepping and eating healthy have changed and it really isn’t as hard as I initially thought it would be.
